Windows Mixed Reality headset not showing content but tracking

Saw this in another post. Maybe check into this and see if you can tinker with that setting and if that is what is causing the issue?

A couple days ago I noticed my Vive would go dark while I was fishing and I thought I had some sort of driver error or game glitch. Turns out Vive pushed a SteamVR patch that agressively powersaves. The default is 5 seconds of not moving your head causing the HMD to blank (screensave). Kinda dumb because most of us sit pretty still when fishing (or, hey, watching a movie?). Anyway, up your power management time out to 30 seconds and the blanking issue goes bye bye.
