Error matching Order ID via Oculus API. Please contact support for assistance

I’m getting this errormessage whenever I start the game (I think since the summer festival update). I’m losing connection to the game the whole time. I’m not sure if that is related or just my internet sucks.


Hi, we have a fix for this error in the next patch, but you can safely ignore it - it’s due to some backend changes with the Oculus store, and shouldn’t affect your gameplay.

If you’ve been having connection problems, are you on Quest standalone or on PCVR?

Quest 2 standalone.

You might check out these troubleshooting tips. There is some funkiness with Wifi if you have two wifi networks with the same credentials.
