When I use it it feels like I am using it for shits or giggles only, because trying to actually use it takes me closer to death.(when I actually get it up which is about once every 10 shards)

Same here, ultimate almost always kills me when I do give it a try not worth the hassle, not to meantion it is super hard to charge up.
